1. About BeforeMechanic

BeforeMechanic provides AI-generated informational car problem reports based on information submitted by users. The service helps users prepare before visiting a mechanic by organizing possible causes, safety notes, OBD code explanations, questions to ask a mechanic, and related informational content.

BeforeMechanic is not a repair shop, mechanic service, vehicle inspection company, emergency service, insurance provider, or legal advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction to use BeforeMechanic or purchase reports.

3. Products and Digital Delivery

BeforeMechanic may offer digital report packages, including Basic AI Car Problem Report, Detailed AI Car Problem Report, and Premium AI Car Problem Report. Reports are delivered digitally through the website and/or by email and may also be provided as downloadable PDF files.

4. No Professional Diagnosis

BeforeMechanic reports are not certified mechanical diagnosis. Reports are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide and are intended for general informational and preparation purposes only.

5. User Input

You are responsible for the information you submit. You agree not to submit false, misleading, illegal, spam, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized content. BeforeMechanic may reject, block, or limit submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or technically harmful.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing a report, you agree to pay the listed price at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, or charges shown by the payment provider. Prices may change at any time.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because reports are digital products generated and delivered after purchase, completed reports are generally non-refundable except in cases such as technical delivery failure, duplicate charge, or other situations approved by BeforeMechanic.

8. Report Availability

We aim to keep purchased reports available through the report link, but we do not guarantee permanent storage or lifetime access. You should download or save your PDF report after delivery.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or overload the website, abuse test features, access reports without authorization, submit automated spam requests, resell reports as certified professional diagnosis, or misrepresent BeforeMechanic content as a mechanic inspection.

10. Intellectual Property

The website design, brand name, text, software, report structure, templates, graphics, and other content are owned by BeforeMechanic or its licensors. You may use your purchased report for personal use, including sharing it with a mechanic or repair shop.

11. AI-Generated Content

You understand that reports are generated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate assumptions. You must review the report carefully and consult a professional before acting on it.

12. Third-Party Services

BeforeMechanic may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, AI report generation, website hosting, email delivery, PDF generation, analytics, and security. We are not responsible for delays, failures, outages, or errors caused by third-party providers.

13. No Warranty

BeforeMechanic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will always be available, reports will always be accurate, the service will be error-free, AI output will be complete, or your vehicle issue will be solved.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeforeMechanic shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the website, reports, or digital content, including vehicle damage, incorrect repairs, repair expenses, lost income, accidents, injuries, property damage, mechanic disputes, payment provider issues, email delivery problems, or AI errors.
